Be Profiled

If you are a former, retired, current or emerging Public Service woman leader or female representative of a DDA Board, the Coalition of Women in Leadership (CWIL) is inviting you to complete and submit a biodata survey to be included in CWIL’s national profiling database.

Thanks for your participation!

You are invited to participate in a survey focused on profiling emerging, current and former public service women leaders. The survey should take approximately between 10 to 30 minutes to complete. CWIL is supported by the Papua New Guinea – Australia Partnership.

Your participation in this profiling exercise is voluntary. You may refuse to take part in the research or exit the survey at any time without penalty. You are free to decline to answer any question you do not wish to answer.

You will receive no direct benefits from participating in this survey. The profiling database will support CWIL to identify women leaders in the public service across the country and their unique experience, knowledge and skills to understand how CWIL can promote and advocate for women in leadership and decision making at all levels of government. This profiling exercise is voluntary, your consent will be sought, and information obtained will be kept confidential and strictly used for the purpose of supporting CWIL’s goals and objectives.

The possible risks or discomforts of your participation in the survey are minimal. You may feel emotional discomfort in answering survey questions or releasing confidential information when responding (see confidentiality).

Your answers will be sent to a database at CWIL where data will be stored in a password protected electronic format and only accessible by the Interim Management Committee. If you choose to provide contact information such as your phone number or email address, your survey responses may no longer be anonymous to the researcher. However, no names or identifying information will be included in any publications or presentations, and your responses to this survey will remain confidential and be managed under CWIL’s confidentiality measures.

If you have questions at any time about the study or the procedures, you may contact the CWIL Chair, Ms Iva Kola via phone at 72777831 or via email at
